School Fair Update - 8 November 2017

Our School Fair is only 1.5 weeks away!

Spread the word that our Fair is being held on Friday 17 November from 4:30pm-7:30pm.

Volunteers  - Thank you to all of the wonderful people who have generously volunteered to help out at our School Fair. We have a few stalls and times that still require extra helpers, please:

  • 4:30pm – 5:15pm
    • Handing out map/flyers at the entry points
  • 6:30pm – 7:30pm
    • Ice cream
    • Sushi
    • Petting zoo
    • Second hand toys

If you are able to assist during one of these times, please send an email to the Fair Committee: ccs.fair@corpuschristi.tas.edu.au

We greatly appreciate our wonderful volunteers, who will need to hold a current WWVP check, as it is through your generosity that the Fair can be successful and a lot of fun for our students.

Cakes – As usual, we will be asking families to donate a cake for our very popular cake stall. The plate and note will be sent home this Friday 10 November (and Monday 13 November for Kinder B)

Toys/books needed  - The Fair committee is seeking quality second hand toys and books to be sold at the Fair. Please bring these items to Mr VL’s garage door from now until the day of the Fair.

Grade Stalls – Each grade is organising a stall for the Fair. Keep your eye out for information on ways you can assist your Grade over the coming weeks.

Car Park – Please note, on the afternoon of the Fair (Friday 17 November), the School and Church car park will not be available for parking. You may still use the pick up loop at this time.
