Sacramental Certificates to date

Immunisation records

Passport (or immicard), visa, citizenship documentation and other information (if applicable)

Any other relevant documentation as outlined on page 20 of the Student Enrolment Application Form​​​​.
3. Lodge your application with us
​​​​As per our enrolment policy, applications need to be submitted with original signatures, and cannot be filled out electronically, scanned or photocopied. Applications must be delivered in person to our School Office.
